| Ford Employees and Retirees are
eligible to participate in the Part Discount Program
at a 25% discount off the suggested list price. this program
includes Part Distribution Center stocked parts and Supplier
Direct Ship Parts (except chemical, hazardous materials and core
bearing parts). |
| Parts can be ordered by calling
toll-free (866) 472-7878 between the hours of 8 AM and 5 PM Eastern
Time. The make, model, and year of the vehicle are needed, as
the personnel assisting will have the same information available as
the dealer in order to quote a price. |

| Employees and Retirees who purchase the
Ford Extended Service Plan (ESP) will be eligible to
receive the ESP Disappearing Deductible options as a plan upgrade
for no additional cost The disappearing Deductible options
have a value of $30 - $200, depending on the plan. |
| The disappearing Deductible options
eliminates the $50 or $100 deductible when
ESP covered repairs are performed at the dealership where the ESP
was purchased. The option is available on
PowertrainCARE, BaseCARE and PremiumCARE. |
